Terrible idea
Terrible idea, this is going to destroy the company and the BNB token, I'm already looking out for my next primary exchange but just waiting for them to announce BinanceUK then I'm dumping them altogether.

Worthless pieces of $&@
Worthless pieces of $&@! whoever created this website. From the transfers, to the withdraws, everything is sketchy about this application . When you want to sell your crypto the price goes down when you want to buy crypto the price goes up. Also extremely high fees . And then when you try to withdraw your money they lock up your funds or assets . I warn whoever tries to download this application turn back around and as far as I know none of the applications I’ve came across are worthy all similar problems form Webull doesn’t carry the currency that I have. We already know about Robin Hood and their shenanigans but they also don’t except any transfers of crypto yet can’t wait to see that circus show when that’s up and running . Also coin base , is terrible same $&@! customer service, and transfer problems . If anybody can recommend a decent crypto wallet let me know good luck on your journey.

Sc company. Holding money. Not letting you sell at highs. They don't reply to any support tickets and they lock your withdrawal so you can't take out your money.

Garbage. Wait a week to get a crappy bull response to any support ticket then another week if you have follow up.... If you forget the bs memo which NO OTHER EXCHANGE REQUIRES, good luck getting your money from them... AVOID THIS EXCHANGE. You have been warned...

Holding money hostage-BEWARE
Worst customer support as my funding has been held hostage for over an entire month. I have not been able to withdraw my money and reached out to customer support on their support system, emails, social media and even LinkedIn multiple times with zero substantial responses. The company has even blocked users from commenting on their Twitter posts which shows how shady things are. They respond to messages for account verification but refuses to respond when we ask to withdraw our money. I honestly just want to withdraw my money at this point and leave this shady exchange. Trying to gather enough individuals to start a class action lawsuit.

A self tiping system.
Ouch! Watch out for the withdraws in crypto!! I tossed in around $50 to check out binance.us. Overall the experience was easy and had no issues. Except that almost ALL of my CC's and debit cards were rejected. So had to load the $50 with my crypto wallet. So when I had enough I went to bring the $50 back, and B A M!! a 50% fee, and a 0.22mb tip!! 0.00070944 sent to me, fee 0.0003521!!!! Do not put your money here. Even if you make money on this site, you will not get it back. I gave them a 2/5 only because the site was easy to use.

You can get a better customer service in Hell
zero customer service,they will lock all your money for weeks for any reason and you have nobody to talk too. and apparently,every time you write another ticket you go back to the back of the waiting list. So they kept all your money...thousands of dollares because lets say you have an ach going back for 100 bucks...and you paid it back right away,who you going to talk too?...nobody...your money is gone...yours in name only, locked at Binance and for weeks and weeks,you can see all the crypto going down...and you cant sell,you can have another exchange...you cant transfer....you think you can trade it for USD...no you cant your account is locked...you just see your money disappear and its nothing you can do for something that should take 15 seconds to solve. its amazing a business like that can operate in this country....and im not putting them down...its reality...or someone from Binance would come here and say its not true. 1 star cause they exist.

Worst Customer service ever…
Binance.us is a great platform to trade until you need customer support. Their customer service is non existent. I submitted a ticket over three weeks ago and haven't received any reply aside from an acknowledgement email stating they had received it. In the meantime my money is tied up in the platform. Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
