First, they blocked my card because I hadn't used it for a month, but I don't know why. I still had money on the card, I tried to get it back, and support has been telling me to wait for five days now, and they still haven't given me my money back. It's a scam, don't use this app.

Card often fails on normal things such as Uber, and after a few "fails," Bingcard locks your card with your funds on it. No way to get your funds back. Several months of trying to talk to support and the answer is the same - "you have to wait." Waiting for months. At best the worst customer service in the world, verging on unethical, and at worse a scammy organization. I still hope to get my money back and I have contacted the authorities in Canada and in the Seychelles. I would not use this card or service.

Deposited 140 USD and tried buying a card - non of which worked. Inspected the site and the responses are in Chinese with wrong information shown - placeholder and wrong information. Tried to convert to USDT which is now "processing". I am reporting this site to every financial fraud organization with the full report, including the FTC, OLAF, SPF and HKPF and the registrar - Namecheap, to Amazon for financial fraud.

Very disappointing experience with Bingcard. I purchased a card that was declined by several merchants, and I was unable to withdraw my funds. I contacted support via chat, but after explaining my issue, the chat option was disabled on my account. I also opened tickets and received no response. I wish I had read the reviews before registering. Very frustrating experience. FRAUD!!!

My $50 refund was received, but I converted it to USDT through BingCard Wallet on September 8. The transaction is still showing as “Processing” after 9 days. $50 USD → $49 USDT BingCard support has not responded to me for around 10 days. I am simply asking BingCard to complete the transaction or return my funds. I hope the support team sees this review and contacts me to resolve the issue.

I opened a ticket because a transaction has been stuck since September 10th; it’s now October 16th and there’s still no response. It makes you think they lack professionalism and don't care about their customers—stay away.

Actually, i can't log in to my account here's the error message : "Error Email verification code has not been sent" why am i not receiving the validation code by email.. my email is cheked..and is ok I changed my browser by using it in incognito mode while connected to a U.S. IP. i have 60$ in my account and i can't log in. The support only say the same thing : "There is nothing we can do on our side. You can only change your browser by using it in incognito mode while connected to a U.S. IP. Sindija, BingCard " It's crazyyyyy.
