This is a GOOD product that every household that has a septic system needs to use. I started using this product since I purchased my home in 2004. This home was new and had a new, never used septic. I have never had an issue with the system. I only had it pumped because being a new homeowner of a home that required septic. I was "Told" I needed to have the septic, pumped. That was not true in my case, as even the septic operated noted there was no problem. That was back in 2008. I use this product faithfully, once a month. If you are vigilant and care for your septic system on a monthly basis, you will not regret using this product. It's safe and carefree.

We have been faithful Bio-Safe users for nearly twenty years. Our family has a cottage located in SE Ontario, Canada. The septic system has been in use since 1960. My father had an illness in the mid 80's that ended up in him having a colostomy. Well, due to this he used toilet paper like it was going out of style. It resulted in the septic system slowing waaaaaay down. The year after he passed … the system basically shut down. We had water pooling over the drainage field and nothing would flush or drain from the cottage. The tank was a MESS. It was a disaster for us! Now take whatever a new septic system would cost in the States and about DOUBLE it in Canada. Back in the late 1990's this new system was going to cost us $10,000-$15,000. So I searched the Internet and stumbled on Bio-Safe. Never heard of it … had no idea if it would work … but it was certainly cheaper than up to $15,000. We ordered the product …. and it was MAGIC!!! We shocked the system with Bio-Safe and it had the system up and running in hardly no time …. it was amazing how well this product worked for us. It has worked SO WELL that twenty years later we wouldn't be caught without it. We just follow the basic maintenance instructions and have not had one single problem with the system in these last twenty years. This system in now nearly 60 years old. The only upgrade was replacing the original steel tank with a new concrete tank early 1970's. The last time we had the tank pumped (routine system maintenance) our service man commented on how great everything looked with the tank. This was the same gentleman that told us years earlier about the costs to replace the system. We believe that Bio-Safe is the BEST product to repair and maintain any septic system period! Bio-Safe Brings a Failed System Back to Life in Michigan My five person family lives in a 3000 ft.² home with 3 ½ bathrooms. We live on a lake on a very small lot therefore only have room for a 1000 gallon septic tank (installed in the 1950s) with one 1200 gallon drywell that was installed new in approximately 1987. We started having problems with the septic system about 2010 with slow draining and inability to keep up with the load coming from the house. During that time the only answer was frequent pumping the tanks and use of a powder product called septic 2000 (which didn't work). By mid 2012 the system had completely failed with almost no drainage. The following spring there was 10" of ice in the top of the septic tank when we opened the tank to pump it. I was looking at a $25,000 engineered septic installation to replace the failed system. I knew this because my daughter works as a civil engineer designing septic systems. Through her contacts and recommendations from the company I use for pumping my tanks I learned about Biosafe in late 2012. I worked with Chris Jorgensen, from Biosafe, who explained everything, gave me some reference, and made recommendations. I ordered the 11 pale deep shock system for less than 1/5th the cost of the new engineered system. By early summer of 2013 I was ready to put the system into action. I followed Chris's very detailed instructions over three weeks including previously to treatment, pumping tanks, waiting for system to start to fill, only using approved products, single ply toilet paper, etc. As well as following similar instruction after the treatment was finished including distributing doing laundry over the week and not all at one time, etc. Well, it worked!!! A completely failed septic system came back and has been working flawlessly for the last 5 years! I could not be happier. The system delivered exactly as promised. Now, in 2018, I have decided that in the spring I will treat the system with a Maintenance treatment, not because there are any signs of a problem, because I open the dry well and fluid levels are at the perfect 3ft mark (I have a measuring stick) and the septic tank level is exactly where it should be at just below the tank exit elbow. These products are as close to magic as it comes and I highly recommend their use for aging, slowing, and yes, even failed systems. I am living proof that is works, and with proper care (BOSS powder once a month for last five years, and using proper products) it is a solution that lasts! Been using Bio-Safe One since building our house in 2001. We do watch what we put down the drain, but we certainly are a normal family and use anti-bacterial soaps and such, as well as our washer draining to the septic as well. It's a house of 4 including two boys. We have never had any issue (knocking on wood right now). Not a gurgle, not a smell. Toilets and drains have all worked like the first day. Never had the system pumped either. Is it the product? Is it us being careful of what goes down the drain? Is it blind luck? I believe it is a combination of Bio-Safe One and us using common sense on what goes down the drain. Again, we are not tree huggers, we have a dishwasher, washing machine, daily showers with product. This is just good stuff.

Finding comparison to the products which Bio Safe One offer is not very easy. They are offering such a good range of products with such a good quality. Products are safe to use and Bio Safe One also provides free telephone technical support. Results are awesome, Thanks, Bio-Safe One!

I am truly amazed with the products of Bio Safe One, I had a septic back-up at the tank, where about 6 inches of tank water rose up over the hatches and into a rectangular box frame around the hatch access. I thought I was getting some leaching but not much at all. Then I found your website and read about your products.Then ,I placed the order for a box of BIO-112 liquid. I deposited my system with three of the 5 gallon pails of the liquid and about 4 bags of powder through the drains and toilets. I also put 6 bags directly into the D-box. I couldn't believe that in 24 hours all the overflow on the tank was drained and with showers and laundry and dishes being done there is no sign of overflow.Thank you so much.

This product has worked great for me after 12 years ago being told I needed to replace our leech field by 2 local septic companies. I called the Bio Safe company after doing online research and was almost guaranteed it would solve my problem. Well, it did then and I've had no problems since.

Bio safe one is a just what the name says, safe. I personally used the product and found it easy to use, safe and effective. They also have a person that you can contact for advice before, during and after you use it. So many companies today are only online, and only interested in making a sale, and you do not even get any support or feedback on your questions. This is not the case with Biosafeone, they have honest people that care.
