This is probably the most money I've paid, for the cheapest product I've ever received. Absolutely trash. Don't waste your time or your money!

I would put no stars if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They over charged me, sent a different product to what I ordered and then put me on a monthly prescription I did not ask to be on. I have had to cancel my card to stop these automatic payments.

There has been zero response to my emails with regard to product enquiry and to cancel a subscription. I live in Australia and have had to ask my friend who lives in Florida to contact them on my behalf, it has been the same for her, no response to phone calls or emails…AT ALL

I was eager to order Transmax from Biotivia as it had a lot of good reviews and came heavily recommended. But a few days after I received my order, I was told that the item I ordered was out of stock. I immediately emailed the company to find out when new stock would come and told them that if it took too long I would like a refund. I was eventually told that the product was available and that they would ship it to me. Nothing has been done. On the system, my order is still cancelled. I've emailed the company several times regarding this and have received no answer. My order cost £70. It is very expensive, especially have I live in Europe and the item is shipped from the US. This is ridiculous and doesn't encourage me to make further order with this company. Instead next time, I might as well order from Amazon or another third party. At least that way, I'll be sure to get my item. Really disappointed. My order was two weeks ago. I still can't tell if the product is out of stock or has been shipped. I suspect that they truly are out of stock and are scrambling to get new stocks but instead of saying the truth to me (which would mean that they would need to refund me), they've simply decided to not reply to my emails. I'm disgusted. No reputable company would do something like that.

Been trying to cancel this subscription for supplements for approx 6 months. Nobody from the company will return phone call or return emails regarding cancellation process!

My credit card was billed and no product ever arrived.

Used Transmax for 2 months and gained like 20 pds!!! Did not make me feel any better.

Paid several hundreds of dollars for mitotrans and saw no noticable benefit Full refund please
