i absolutely love Birchbox; getting new samples each month of products that pertain to me is an awesome way of getting to try new products/brands without having to purchase and then waste money because you don't like or you can buy because you love them! Birchbox is always sending great offers to make those purchases easier on your checkbook and you for every 10 products you reveiw, you get $10 off your next order! Awesome!!

Great concept. Love the fact i can try things and then purchase if I love them. Fabulous, customer support (for shipping issues, hints and tricks on what to do and how to use products). Love the point system and specials that entice me to try new things without spending a fortune.

I've been having fun with my boxes. I think it's like christmas every month. The points system is good. Once i order a product and i never receive it. The customer service was helpful and they made sure i got my product. And i got my product quickly.

I'm a recent customer and must say I'm very happy with Birchbox. I'm always looking for good beauty products and the the samples prevent buying mistakes. I'm already a customer of two new brands (Supergoop, Marcelle) that Birchbox carries. I do hope that Birchbox features more natural and unfragranced products because that is my preference. I give the samples I don't want to try to my coworkers, daughter and nieces. I love the beautiful little boxes and how carefully they are wrapped. All my purchases arrive promptly and in excellent condition.

I've had nothing but good experiences since becoming a member of birchbox over two years ago. I love the products they have, especially the curated special boxes, and the customer service has always been fabulous. I can't recommend birchbox enough for someone who loves beauty products.

I have been a customer for a few years now. Their exemplary customer service is the reason that I have made them my only retailer for all things beauty related. Any problem that I have had with products, delivery of my orders, damage of items in transit, etc. has been handled promptly (as if I were the only customer they have) & in an incredibly professional manner. I truly feel that they honestly care about making each & every customer a lifetime repeat customer. That philosophy tells me more about their company than prices or sales could ever lure me into buying from a competitor of theirs. I don't even subscribe to the comperators emails any more.

I still love the idea of Birchbox but the products now seem on the cheap side and often times when I find something I like you no longer carry it. What is with that? Selection for full size products seems very limited.
