The only even slightly negative experience I've had with Birchbox was when my very first box did not ship by the projected date. Birchbox customer service fixed this issue quickly and without any hesitation. I'm constantly impressed by the quality of the products I receive, the speed of shipping, and the professionalism I experience through this company. I recommend Birchbox to everyone!

I love the products I receive in my monthly BirchBox and I have already ordered two full size based on the samples. I recently had issues with a gift subscription, the customer service team was superb. I recommend BirchBox to anyone looking for a monthly beauty box.

I have subscribed to 8 different beauty boxes. Birchbox is the absolute best when it comes to customer service. Every time I have had an issue (broken product, missing product) they have immediately sent out a replacement and made it right. Birchbox also has the BEST points system out there. I have discovered so many great brands and specific products through Birchbox over the last couple of years that I could not possibly name them all. I want to specifically name the Korean Beauty limited edition box as absolutely incredible. I would LOVE to see more limited edition boxes that focus on a specific country. That was so cool! I bought THREE of them! I wish I had some constructive criticism to share.....but in my eyes Birchbox can do no wrong.

I love Birchbox!!!!! Each month I can't wait to get my box and then some. I have discovered so many new awesome products that I otherwise would never have known about if it wasn't for you. I honestly love every product you send. All of your products are high end that you don't see in department stores. I think I'm hooked lol and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about signing up.

I have been using Birchbox for several years now and I have never had a bad experience. I love that I can earn AND redeem points on all orders. The few times I've had an issue, it's been with redeeming a promo code and I've always been able to get quick assistance via online chat. I have been introduced to quite a few new products that I would not have tried otherwise. There are a few things that I do wish Birchbox would carry - mainly Aquage (Uplifting Foam) and Pureology.

I had an issue recently when a free item added to my order with a promo code didn't actual show up on my order after I completed my order. I contacted the customer service department via e-mail immediately. I received a response within a half hour of sending my request. The problem was resolved and received my free item. The customer service rep was very professional and understood my problem. In the past I have had other issues with orders and the Birchbox staff has always come through. I have the highest praise for this staff.

I absolutely love Birchbox. As a beauty junkie, I adore the samples I get to try in the mail and the fact that I earn points every time I purchase something from their store. I always buy my staple repurchase products from Birchbox, because why wouldn't I? Their rewards program beats any other beauty store I shop at, hands down.
