I love to try new products but hate to spend the money on the full size to find out that I really do not like the product. I have loved Birchbox because it gives me sample size and allows me to order the full size if I love the product which I done. I also like the option of not getting certain type of products like perfume. I like the surprise of getting a box each month as well.

I love my Birchbox. It's"My" Birchbox because I was able to set up an account to receive just what is right for me each month, sensitive skin, hair color, eye color, are you on the wild side or more classic side. Tell Birchbox and they will send samples that match.

I love my Birchbox. I never have to buy hair products or makeup, except when I love one so much I purchase it from the website. The skin products are amazing too!

Personally I have never purchased the monthly Birchbox but I have given about 15 memberships to friends and family. I have also sent several of their special edition boxes as gifts. As for myself, I usually buy my perfume, make up brushes, holiday sets, cute accessories and greeting cards primarily from Birchbox. Only once did I have a problem with a candle that had broke during the delivery but after speaking with super friendly and understanding staff it was replaced promptly!

Well i must say the products you send each month are amazing you specialist does a great job in sending what relate to me I've been thinking of chageing my profile in order to try foundation -bb creams or cc creams i never received any of those before but a great job with skin and hair product which when i sign up was my major concern now need of more color lol, but if i dont know how do do something with my account custmor service is there for me anytime which is amazing I have also order full size products and had no problems at all i revived them very fast i was very impress on how fast i received my order. I am very happy with my birchbox with out them i could not afford to buy the samples of name brand and quality of product that i have received so thank you so much for your help in makeing my self confidence and helping my skin improve now i look foward to my box each month to help me be as pretty as i can be like i said i can not afford the nicer products so i feel blessed to get my box thank you again forever more. There really isn't anything I would change. The products always match my profile, always on time and never damaged. The pretty box always makes me smile. The concept is great.

Birchbox, as a beauty platform in the vein of Sephora and Blue Mercury, is excellent. Good variety, names across different levels (from those targeting makeup/hair/fragrance beginners to medically-tested professional products), a good range of prices, and generally very user-friendly. Shipping is seamless, customer service is perfectly fine, returns are a bit of a pain - but no more so than anywhere else. The absolute failure - and the thing that prevents Birchbox from getting 4 or 5 stars and made me SERIOUSLY contemplate giving it 2 stars - is precisely what they advertise. The monthly Birchbox has been consistently a disappointment. Regardless of my ratings, regardless of my listed preferences, I consistently (as in EVERY SINGLE MONTH) received items that I had expressed ACTIVE disinterest in (i.e. fragrances), received products that were inappropriate for my preferences (i.e. a product for oily skin when I have dry, sensitive skin), and multiple times did not receive products that I was slated to receive. All in all, the website is fine, but Birchbox as a monthly subscription packet served me as a complete and utter failure.

I honestly look forward to receiving my monthly Birchbox! I have found some great products this way ( and some not so great ). I must say that the upgrades and box choices are a little time consuming and confusing for me, but it may be a great feature for those that don't fall into the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" theory.
