bitpay or more accurately bitscam, they will accept your payment in a fraction of a sec. but will take days or weeks to refund you, with lame excuses if lucky enough you are to get an answer. In case you are not complaining and give up, you will lose your money, don't use this system of payment.

Absolutely bizarre service. Wrote me an email to say a refund was on its way and then never provided refund. When questioned after dozens of emails their final response was: it was the merchant's fault and "DON'T BOTHER US ANYMORE" (my capitals). Why would they promise a refund if they hadn't already received both the instruction and funds from the merchant? Plus I had to do all the chasing and Bitpay just provided irrelevant responses until it was chased to the rude final email.

Poor bitcoin payment protocol implementation, gives invalid wallet addresses. Bitcoin Cash addresses not compatible with shapeshift ! Awful customer service.

Useless The sole presence of this service is making everyone's life hard. I could not pay an invoice using their own wallet copay. I don't know if this is normal for you but to me seems incredible stupid.

I have a bitpaywallet so i thought the idea of get a bitpay creditcard connected to my bitpaywallet was really good, and i didnt have to exchange my BTC, now i could just use mit bitpay creditcard instead... So i went through a long and demanding validating process, but it was cool it would be worth it, and i paid them 15 Usd for the card.... Then finally after a month or so, i recived a mail 16/12-2017 telling me that my bitpaycard was sent, and it arrived 20 or 21/12-2017.... I never made it to put any funds on it, because in the first week of januar 2018 i recived a new mail telling my BRAND NEW bitpaycard was closed, and in case i had any funds on it i should seek to have it returned from some 3 company.... I wrote about 10-15 mails to numerous different bitpay departments, telling i cant be true they nothing knew when they took my money and send me my card, and i didnt have it more than 2 weeks before all bitpaycards was useless, at least i wanted my 15 Usd back from bitpay to whom i had paid for a worthless piece of plastic.... They throws me around between different departments in hope that i will give up eventually, and that i have, its only 15 Usd... BUT THAT IS HOW BITPAY EARNS THEIR MONEY, I AM FROM DENMARK AND HERE WE HAVE 14 DAYS TO RETURN A NO GOOD PRODUCT... THE CUSTOMERSERVICE IS THE MOST AMATUER AND RUDE PLACE YOU CAN IMAGINE... TAKE MY ADVICE, IF YOU THINKING OF SIGNING UO AT BITPAY, DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR AND THINK AGAIN.....

Blocks payments from some wallets due to petty politics. Payments take ages to get from them to the merchant. Don't expect to buy something then get it next day, even if you pay extra for next day delivery or before 12 service. Expect no refund for that.

BitPay decided that due to "miner fee" anything below $50/42Eur is theirs for the taking.. not only I had to pay 65euro for the card and I'm not getting a refund they also wanted some extra plunder. Avoid at all costs

Bitpay Support ist extrem schlecht! Ich hab eine Bitcoin-Zahlung rückabgewickelt und warte seit Wochen auf mein Geld! ... Keine Ahnung ob ich das je wieder sehe.....Mehrere Support-Anfragen gingen ins leere oder wurden durch Standard-Sätze beantwortet....keine Lösung und irgendwie haben sie auch nicht wirklich ne Ahnung was sie da tun....Extrem nervig ... ich empfehle euch, andere Anbieter zu nutzen!
