Using bitpay to pay, an invoice was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in my life outside of being robbed with a gun and even that would be more preferable cause it's faster. Bitpay, knowingly and willfully hold your funds after they are well.Aware that it's not going to go through , they know that it would take seconds to return your funds , but they hold on to it. They do this On purpose to scam people.(holding enough funds for 2 days yields profits.) This is not a good company, and it is clearly run by immoral things. Because if they had an ounce of humanity, they would not run a business this way. Crypto is intentionally designed to be instant for a reason. They make sure it's not instant regardless of what platform you use.

Used their gateway to buy a service from a provider but their gateway is very bad, they ask for KYC even for small 15$ payment. I'm not US citizen why i've to do this?

This has got to be the most difficult process to use to buy things using crypto. I went through the torture twice and will never do it again. I hope vendors who use this know they are giving up a lot of business because of this.

Bitpay seemed straight forward Bought some cryoto ... watched it .... so Bought more and more with no issues. Giving them your money is no problem Trying to sell ot , send it or withdrawal it is near impossible Constant glitches and error signs with no explanation what the problem is Absolutely zero customer service They use Ai bots to send you in circles Won't allow me to send certain coins unless I buy more of the coin first Complete nightmare Total scam

19 hours I've been trying to receive and send my ethereum it's horrible it just says network error no matter what I do there's no number to call it's horrible

I can't believe there isn't a government agency in the United States that can step in and do something about this kind of scam. My Bitcoin has been stuck there for more than three years, and I haven't been able to do anything with it. Most likely, those scammers have already spent it, and the app is just showing a balance as if I still owned it. Even now. Why isn't any authority in the United States taking action against something like this?

They are scammers, not refunding my money

The shame and helplessness are overwhelming. Reports to law enforcement brought little comfort or action. Just when I felt completely broken, I discovered pecklane. They are the only ones who have provided genuine, consistent support and a real path forward in this devastating situation.
