BitPayReviews of bitpay.com

This is a company where you cannot speak to anyone and their transfer fees are 35. percent of transaction most other brokers are 1 percent I found out after signing up because you can' t unless you sign up!!! I will never use them after getting burned 35 percent??????!!!!!!! If you want a card forget it !it says ten dollars but I had 27 dollars and just brought me to where I was waiting for an answer but never got one!!!! Unreal!!!! No human contact @ all

These people are not replying any support messages and they have $600 of my cash I want refunded! This is absolutely unreal in the modern day to not reply support for a week with follow ups everywhere by me.

I paid for my card. Now I cannot sign into my account, and I'm sure the password is correct as I have it written down. Went on forgot password and entered my email and they won't send me a link to reset my password. Tried it 3 times, so now I'm stuck outside my account and nothing I can do. Contacted support and got and automated email saying someone would be in touch within 1 business day. It has been a week and no one contacted me. Waste of money, use another site. EDIT: They finally replied and sorted out my issue.

It is a good bitcoin wallet. The website is easy to use. The verification process is simple. The payment gateway allows to pay through QR code and also by a copy/paste feature that copies to the clipboard to ease copying bitcoin address and value to a bitcoin wallet or a website. The mobile application works better than the coinbase mobile application to make payment. the wallet is not linked to the bitpay account.
