Requested a simple bank withdrawal of $60. It says “Completed” but the money never arrived in my bank. They sent it via Solana crypto to a wallet I don’t own or control. Support admits they use Coinflow crypto rails but won’t give me a proper ACH reference number or proof it reached my bank. I’ve been given the runaround for days with vague promises and no real answers. Multiple chats and still nothing. If you’re thinking of playing on Bitsky.bet, be careful with withdrawals — they might send your money into crypto land instead of your bank account. **Will update if resolved** If this is still up the review is still accurate ***UPDATE*** I Received the $60 withdraw in my account this morning.

Hi Tiffany, Thanks for the update, glad to hear the funds have been received. Occasionally, withdrawals processed through third-party payment rails through a routing number to a bank account can experience short delays as the transaction completes, but these resolve themselves once everything settles. We appreciate your patience and your feedback. - The Bitsky Team 💜

Id give them a 0 if i could. Shady Scamming Casino is what they should call themselves. I was playing a shooting game. I sat there not shooting anything for about a minute or two. My money was disappearing, slowly going away as if i was shooting. Then i had a hard time ending tge game when it finally asked if j wanted to end it the amount of money left showing was $12.79. When it came back to lobby it showed $5.79 then quickly that disappeared and it then showed $1.79. When i got a copy of my game play it showed i was started playing at 16:33. How could i have if my deposit was at 20:33. I started plsying right after i deposited. Please play somewhere else. They are scammers!!! Straight up!!!

Hi Lisa, Thank you for sharing this, and we're sorry for the confusion around your balance. We looked into your session closely, and we want to assure you that your funds were not lost or deducted incorrectly, the balance shown during active gameplay (inside the game) reflects your accurate, real-time total rather then the Bitsky wallet. We understand it can be unsettling when numbers shift while you're not actively playing, and we take that concern seriously. We reached out to you directly by email with a full breakdown of your session to make things right, as your satisfaction matters to us. We haven't heard back yet, so we wanted to follow up here too, please check your inbox or feel free to reach out to our support team directly so we can resolve this for you. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we hope to hear from you soon. - The Bitsky Team 💜

Dope af brought the convince of normal online casinos to the platforms that you would need a broker that you hit up on Facebook messenger to deposit and Cashout your game. And those are hit & miss as far as whose a scammer and whose not. Now with bitsky you can deposit yourself load your game and Cashout and redeem all without having to wait for a broker to cash out which could be hours and cause you to keep bugging them for money that you’ve won in hopes that you’ll end up putting it back in the game and losing it. Bitsky solves that problem and cashes you out within an hour every-time. Great site excellent 24hr customer support who reply within a minute and actually deliver resolutions to any issues that arise. Use bitsky and ditch your Facebook casino broker!
