Hi if the insurance is as good and easy to use as the set up was, then it will be a great experience. Thank you.

very easy to sign up. yet to be seen if useful. Tanq is getting older, as a re-cycled rescue unsure of his age,Vet says 6... do believe was mistreated as fearful and twitchy- psycho silly about new men and hands of anyone but his immediate family.

Right now I’m super dissatisfied with Bivvy. My dog has become very ill and I turned in claims 7 days ago and they are still not paid. Good luck calling, they never answer the phone and if they get back to you they are not helpful. Bivvy said that Cunamutual pays the claims and they don’t know when my claim will be paid and Bivvy never offered to help me. This has been hard for me and my family, emotionally and financially.

Losing my akita was very hard. But Bivvy made the financial portion less painful so I could take the time to grieve for my boy. They processed claims efficiently and I will definitely be back if I get another dog. Thank you Bivvy.
