I called Petco and Petland and they only have preventive insurance. I tried Coyne vets and they hung up on me. I felt blessed that I saw your ad on Facebook today. You offered everything I needed and made it so easy. Thank you.

I tried all yesterday afternoon to register and I found nothing but difficulty with the site. I spoke with customer service twice and they were looking into it. I decided to just try again today and I had no problem. My registration went smoothly. Had I not had an issue yesterday, I would have given 5 stars.

I just signed up for insurance on my two kittens I have never bought pet insurance. The process was very easy, but, I feel like I am not connected with my purchase. I think we buying something so important a phone follow up with a person is so helpful. It’s very unsettling to just purchase a lifetime policy with no contact But I’m older and maybe this is how it’s done now

Very easy to sign up. Definitely a much better bargain that other insurance companies. We'll see how they fair when my dog has a problem.
