It was easy signing up. Will I get a copy of the policy?

I've submitted a question about the start date of the policy and whether or not I can file a claim for my pet at the time of the start date to Bivvy. Once I hear back, I'll be able to update the rating. 6/11/20: Thank you, a representative named Gwen reached out to me via email on yesterday and responded to my inquiry as well. I am thankful to know that I'm able to submit my inquiries be email & via this platform as well and know that someone will respond to me as soon as possible. My rating today is 5 stars!

Hi Terase, we can answer your question here too! Your start date was 6/10, the day you signed up online. Your waiting periods are calculated from that date. However, your Wellness Care does not have a waiting period and can be claimed for care you had starting yesterday. Update: We're delighted to help you, Terase! You can also message us on social media if that's easier for you. We're here to support you!
