So far I am pleased. His previous carrier rose the premium yet the deductible remained the same. I've not filed 1 claim with them.

Was easy to sign up. First payment due in 30 days. Unclear if coverage starts now or in 30 days, despite disclaimer of 3 day wait period for accidents and 14 day wait period for illness. Guess time will tell.

Hi Peggy! Our payments are made in arrears. That means you pay for the previous 30 days of coverage vs. paying upfront for the next 30 days of coverage. Your coverage is active based on your waiting periods, which start counting on the first day you sign up.
