Hi Jan, thanks for sharing! When you're ready to open a claim, you simply upload a copy of your vet invoice into your pet parent account. You can go to any vet, so you don't need a pet insurance card. Reach out if we can help you further! We're at [email protected].

Hi Denise, you can go to any licensed vet with Bivvy so we don't use insurance cards. That said, when you're ready to open a claim you can do so within your Bivvy pet parent account. Your policy documents are saved there too!
