Denise
My new debit card was on its way...i never received it yet and Bivvy said it couldn't process my payment???? I went into my account to change payment and I have no ability to even change my payment type, nothing on the website for this choice in order to make a change. No App appears in Play Store. Did this company fold up????

Hi Denise, thank you for bringing your payment issue to our attention. We have addressed this glitch and our Customer Service team has reached out to ensure you're able to see your account details. As for an app, like most insurance companies we do business via a website not a downloadable app. Furthermore, our company is very much still in business and is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of our Bivvy pet parents and furry friends. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
