The customer service here is virtually non-existent, and they seem entirely indifferent to user issues once they have your money. It is impossible to get a straight answer or any assistance when things go wrong. A platform that deals with business transactions should have reliable, responsive support, but this company completely fails to deliver. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this platform.

Easy to set up account and business. BUTThey do not give a head's up when it's going to renew however. I got two leads in 3 months, both from scammers. Waste of money. This was for an asset sale under 20k.

When advertising on the site make sure you are always checking your listing online. They put my listing in a review status and incomplete for almost 3 months. During this time they took my money and when I finally noticed (the company said they sent me one email to say it was not live, but in my inbox the email was not there) they would not reimburse me for the months or give me extra months since the listing was not posted as live on their site. My listing just hung in their background without being posted. When I spoke with two customer service providers, they just said that they sent me the one email saying they did not approve the listing. I did not get the service I paid for.

Too many fake leads and when u contact them they are like who the hell are u and I never heard of your business. 80% were not in use or disconnected lines. Many tire kickers just wasting your time . Too much spam . Complete waste of $$ in my opinion.

Many leads are just tire-kickers, some are a "chain" of scammers, using Google Meet & even Zoom calls to infect your computer with malware. Here's an example script these scammers are using in response to being a "lead." This script has been sent to us more than 6 times in a month from 3 different business ads with Bizbuysell.com. They need to police this better, or at least warn sellers of this scam: "Thank you for your email. Before moving forward with an NDA, proof of funds, or providing additional personal information, I would appreciate the opportunity to have a brief introductory Google Meet conversation first. My intention is not to discuss or receive any confidential information regarding the business at this stage, but simply to introduce ourselves, understand the process, and determine whether there is mutual interest in moving forward. My wife and brother are also involved in evaluating acquisition opportunities with me, so it would be helpful for all of us to participate in the discussion together. Unfortunately, I won't be available for the remainder of today. I am available tomorrow or another day that is convenient for you. Please let me know what time works best, and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule. Once we confirm a time, I'll send over a Google Meet invitation a few minutes before the scheduled meeting, as I already have everyone's email addresses and it makes coordination easier. I look forward to speaking with you. Thank you." TOTAL B.S.—AND GETTING SPRED LIKE MANURE!!

I'm hoping for positive results judging from the 1.7 rating. I am small and having to swallow $1200 and not get any responses will be hard to take.

SCAM ALERT. The service we paid for was never provided. Our listing was not activated, and when we contacted support, Donald told us that the company had already taken our money and that there was nothing we could do about it. He also claimed there was no one above him to whom we could escalate the issue. We paid for the listing, but it was never made active. The listing was later cancelled, yet no refund was issued and no meaningful effort was made to resolve the situation. All we requested was the ability to edit the listing so it could be approved and posted live. Instead, we were left without the service we paid for and without a refund.
