Blackhawk MSP offers good IT support…
Blackhawk MSP offers good IT support with friendly employees. They are always there to help us solve our computer problems. I would definitely recommend them.

Good initial response -- quality work.
I received a fast initial response by blackhawk, but when my issue wasn't easily corrected it had to be sent to another tech. After the referral, they were slow at getting back to me. It seemed I got lost when moving from one tech to the other. When they finally got back to me, Terrell fixed my problem very quickly and I am up and running.

Thank you for being a very patient, great customer. Unfortunately I wanted to escalate this to another tech but he was on vacation for 2 weeks. He was trying to do some work while out but it wasn't happening. Finally Terrell got the ticket. :)
