Hi Hamza, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that you are experiencing this delay and as we have mentioned in private emails to you, we have contacted any postal providers involved. As your last tracking update shows that your parcel is still in transit to you, we are sorry that we cannot do anything to speed up the shipping time to you. We are aware that this is taking a little longer than expected to arrive to your country, but please be aware that we have no control over the postal services of any country or how long it takes for parcels to arrive. We expect parcels to arrive to international destinations in the guidelines set out in our delivery terms on our website, however these are estimated delivery times and unfortunately not under our control. As mentioned in our emails to you, we will update you as soon as we have had a response from the postal services. Deirdre, Customer Care, Blank Canvas Cosmeticsl Update: Hi Hamza, We've resent your order and you will receive your new tracking code shortly. We are doing our very best to locate your original parcel and unfortunately investigations like these with the postal services can take some time. We aim for seamless delivery for our parcels, but unfortunately this hasn't been the case for you. Have a lovely day. Deirdre, Customer Care, Blank Canvas Cosmetics.
