Good products

I understand the subscription model for monthly services. Especially for the high end videos etc. However when you spend a large upfront cost on the items, and I can’t create and save my own light setup to run my own individual programs this is EXTREMELY disappointing and leaves me unsatisfied with the product. Feel like disabling this primary function without a monthly fee is highway robbery and a scam. Sorry I can’t recommend this product due to this.

Great customer service!

Customer service was great right from the start in tracking the package on its way to me. And since arriving we've been getting great use out of it for the whole family. I'm already looking into expanding our set of blazepods and subscribing the the pro membership for extra benefits. Love it!

Subscription is way too expensive for what you get.
