I am still extremely happy with this subscription. The teas selected are always delicious and the selection process appears to lean heavily on my tastes and I appreciate their attention to detail in that regard.

Ships fast and nicely packaged. My package was left out in the rain, but everything was dry inside.

The inside of my package was completely soaked. The tea was unusable and the papers were disgusting. Also, this must have happened prior to shipping, because the outside of the envelope was completely dry and free from water stains, it was only the inside of the envelope that was wet. I was incredibly disappointed with the company.

The tea is always delicious and fresh, the quality is very good. I love the variety of blends available, I also enjoy the ability to make blends of my own. The pricing is very reasonable given what you are receiving for your money, value versus quality is very good. They have a monthly tea club, so you can buy a fair amount of the monthly club items to try new blends. The amounts are more than enough to get a real taste of the product, plus you do not need to select you can go with the defaults. I recommend this, as you can try the various blends and you may run into something you fall in love with! I have! If you have questions, the people at BlendBee Tea are happy to help, they know their craft well. I have asked them about various blends in email, they are timely on their responses and very knowledgeable about their product.
