Started with 2SC and ended up cashing out less than an hour over 100SC. Really great.

It was bad at first because they weren’t communicating with me about my redemption. And then they got it in gear and redeemed my winnings!!

why is it taking so long to get my money
Reply from BlitzmaniaMar 17, 2026
Hi Derek! We've sent you a private email , we can see on our end that your transfer has been processed. Let's look into this together and make sure everything is in order!
Casie
I have tried several times to redeem my winnings. First time they said the bank sent it back and to give different account and routing number so I did and still didn't receive anything and they again said my bank sent it back. I still haven't received anything from them and have been trying for over a week now. I find it hard to believe my bank sent it back considering I've never had any problems with any other site!

Hi Casie, we're sorry to hear this has been such a frustrating experience and we completely understand why. We take situations like this very seriously. Our records show that your bank has returned the transfer on their end, which is why our support team requested updated banking details. We'll be reaching out to you by email shortly to collect the correct information and as soon as we have it, we'll reprocess your payment right away. We approve payouts quickly and we genuinely want to make sure you receive your winnings without any further delays. We appreciate your patience and we won't let this go unresolved.

Not happy just joined blitzmania and won $73.80 sent in my dricer license and it declined it for a hold of customer service and it still will not allow me to reverify and they told me 24 hours ago it shouldn't take no more than an hour

Hi Kathleen, we're sorry to hear you've had a frustrating start, that's really not how we want things to go for our players! We took a look at your account and can see your $73.80 SC balance is there and ready. It looks like the KYC verification still needs to be completed on your end, which is what's holding things up. Once that's done, you'll be able to request your withdrawal without any issues. Please send your updated documents over to our support team and we'll personally make sure everything gets sorted out quickly for you. We're rooting for you! 🙏
