I can't comment on how it looks or feels because I never saw it. I shouldn't have to pay for shipping protection... company should be sure it gets to me... if needed, increase the price a BIT maybe. Glad I didn't let her know what was coming... I had to order her something else. When I tried to get help with order, I kept getting runaround... SEVERAL separate exchanges... order #?...Name?... Address?..... I finally gave up which was probably the idea in the first place. Won't order again. If you're gonna order, take the protection & KEEP TRACK OF EVERYTHING...
