Hi, there, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience you faced after making your purchase. Please note that while your payment was successful, we did not receive any order information or confirmation details, which makes it difficult for us to track and fulfill your request. Additionally, our trader sends friend requests through the platform to complete the delivery, and if this step is missed, the order cannot be processed in time. We kindly ask that you provide your order number or contact our support team directly so we can investigate further and assist you promptly. Bloxb Support Team

Used before with no issues but this time waited almost an hour without any luck!

Hi Jamie Russell Thanks for your feedback, and we’re here to help! After placing an order, please make sure to accept the friend request from our delivery team so they can send your item in-game. If you accidentally reject the request or unfriend them, don’t worry—you can still receive your item. We sincerely apologize for the delay you experienced. As it was the weekend, we had a higher volume of orders than usual and unfortunately your shipment was not processed as quickly as we aim for. Please reach out to our 24/7 customer support team so we can arrange immediate shipment for you. As an apology, we’ll also provide compensation to make up for the delay.
