Zeshan at BLS was kind (went out of his way to get things done). And very professional and prompt. It was a pleasure dealing with him. My overall experience with BLS I rate highly just because of him. On the other hand, other staff I dealt with before I think, things got escalated to Zeshan were either poorly trained/paid or just not interested in their jobs. The BLS 033 phone number is either never answered. Or, picked by people with poor understanding of the subject matter.

My personal experience based on facts: booked an appointment telephonically & was assisted by a helpful & pleasant gentleman. Arrived for the interview & was ushered into a waiting area & assisted within 10 mins of arriving. All very pleasant & smoothly run - until it came to payment. I was charged a very high additional cost for using their 'priority' service which I did NOT request. Furthermore, one of the apparent benefits of the priority service is that if you are missing some of the relevant paperwork at the time of appointment, that you then have until 4pm to submit it - I was not allowed to do this despite being charged for the service (that I did not request). I would recommend that anyone making use of their service pay attention to what you're being charged before making payment beconce you've paid, you've got a snowball's chance in hell of getting it back. The after sales service was very lacking & the guy who assisted me was determined to come across as being conveniently unfamiliar with the English language

Lots of bad reviews so was very unsure what to expect. However our experience was ok! The girl was quite helpful and have to say very efficient dealing with 2 applicants at one time. Visa received about 8 days later. To be fair their office is very shabby and not what you would expect as an official POC for a government embassy! Oh and dont expect the red carpet treatment if you go for the "premium service" everyone dealt with the same. BLS needs to be much more professional and smarten up their immage. Nothing negative to say about the staff or the time it took etc...
