Complete scam!! Ordered a dog bed in March and now its October. At first they replied to my emails claiming covid 19 caused a delay. Now they have stopped replying.

I ordered 2 beds in March, it is now October and I have not received them. Sent several emails. At first they replied that the mail was slow due to COVID 19. Then they stopped. I hate scammers.

SCAM! STOLE MY MONEY 8 MONTHS AGO. THE DEVIL. NOTHING WORSE THAN A THIEF.

Like everyone else, ordered 2 beds in March 2020. Figured it was too good to be true, but worth the risk for $20. But after the initial "Your order has been dispatched" email, I have not been able to get a single response from these people. Understood about Covid delays, but they cant even be bothered to respond. I've received orders from China in less than half the time. Genuine Scam. Kiss your money goodbye.

I as well ordered a bed in March 2020 and as of September 20, have not received the product. I have emailed the company numerous times but have not received a response, let alone the bed! Very frustrating and disappointing.

I have been waiting for my dog bed since March. Getting scammed is not a nice feeling. I cannot believe Bluebench would do this to so many people.

This is a SCAM... I told all my friends in the Rescue circle to buy one in March 2020 as I saw the advertising on Instagram... Not a single one of us has received this bed. Several emails went back and forth with Blue-Bench telling us that because of the CoronaVirus they were having issues with delivery times... A LIE!!! Nothing from them since May...
