Be careful
I attended a BlueGreen sales pitch and did not sign up. The sales people are very persistent and convincing so you need great sales resistance to refuse their offers; be strong if you go. Once you sign up for the presentation, there are severe penalties if you don't show up, so don't change your mind about going. To me it seems like a Ponzai scheme. You pay lots of money up front for "points" that are not tied to any one property. You do not own a share in a property, You are awarded the same number of points at no charge, for all future years. You use your points to pay for vacations. The first year you get ripped off. What you paid for the points is twice what it would cost to pay for the vacation. About year 3 you start to come out ahead but this can only work if more folks put money into the system. The additional maintenance fees cannot keep this thing afloat. And remember you don't own any part of any property; just points, BEWARE
