My experience with BNB Investor Academy has been very positive. I was intimidated at first but the STR skool learning criculum teaches you everything you need to know about STR. My CSM, Dante has been amazing, answering questions and guiding me through the process. Great experience and highly recommend.

My husband and I are so happy to have taken the leap and invested in BNB Investor Academy. With Kyle as our coach, we closed on a property within 60 days of starting the academy and launched our first short term rental shortly after. Since launch we have continued to be supported with feedback on system optimization, guest communication and tax and legal strategy. Kyle has always been available to us by text, call and zoom. We now feel more than prepared to repeat this process with all the tools and newly formed relationships in our artillery. We knew we had it in our power to take on this project, but felt lost on where to begin. This was the jump start and baptism by fire we needed! We would recommend the academy over and over again.

One of the most valuable parts has been the guidance on short-term rental taxes, business structure, and financial strategy—areas that are often confusing but absolutely essential for doing things the right way. The community and in-person events are another major highlight. The conferences bring together experienced operators with large portfolios, and hearing them speak, participating in breakout sessions, and learning directly from others who are actively scaling has been incredibly motivating and beneficial. Most importantly, our Client Success Manager, Drew, has been amazing. He is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in our success. He holds us accountable, answers questions with clarity, points us toward the right resources, and consistently helps us stay on track with our goals. We are extremely grateful for the coaching, structure, and community this program provides. If you are serious about building and scaling a short-term rental business with integrity and confidence, I highly recommend it.

All inclusive educational experience for newcomers to the industry. My coach, Oliver, helped me with every aspect of getting started and operations including vender recommendations. It was a whole 9 yards kind of experience. I learned critical aspects of running my business and how to avoid problems before running into them. I feel like I am ahead of the curve and earning more sooner than I would have with less risk.

It’s been an awesome journey with the academy! We joined and made the commitment to jump in all the way and start researching, watching the videos, jumping on the calls and learning as much as we could. We were under contract within a month. That says A LOT about what dedication and great coaching can do! The content is extremely detailed and useful! Not fluff, not gimicks - straight knowledge and business advice to help you be successful. You receive one on one coaching (shout out to Nick!) and have access to the community for questions to leaders and other investors/members. The people you get to meet are awesome and exciting to go throw these things together! Absolutely worth the investment - but MAKE IT COUNT! Do your research, get your funds ahead of time and be ready to move so when you go live on your property you still have access to your coach!
