The bobble head is pretty good quality and resembles the intended person in a very general way. Not spot on. Took a very long time to be made as the item is made in China,so all correspondence is delayed by time difference. It took almost 2 months to receive. Order waaaaaay ahead if it's a gift.

Unfortunately, we have no record of this customer and we reached out to her to locate her order and to try our best to make things right. However, she never responded to our request for order information. We believe that she confused our company with another one with a similar name as that unfortunately happens in this industry. There are several companies all with similar names.

I'm very disappointed in my purchase. I spent alot of money for a custom bobble head/rush order and out side of the skin and hair color it does not look like the person I provide the photo of. There is no way I can give this away as intended. Do not spend the money on the custom bobble heads on this site they will do a poor job customizing it to look like the person you want it to look like.

The owner of the business is unprofessional, unethical and 100% vulgar. Worst experience I've ever encountered in my entire life. He should be ashamed of the way he talks to people. Do NOT do business here. There are many other vendors and suppliers that actually care about the people they do business with. Edit in response to the business response: there has been absolutely ZERO attempt at direct communication with me to address any issue, despite any claims that they may post here to save face. The only correspondence that I have is from TrustPilot's team. They have not "tried their best". I welcome any DIRECT communication, yet they've failed to do so. A 4.7 star rating means NOTHING when a business discriminates (i.e., picks and chooses who they wish to pursue good business with). Also, DON'T trust ShopperApproved - it's just a platform that business can pay for (meaning, they can delete negative reviews and just show good ones). Deceptive! Interesting that they didn't address their 3.3 rating here on TrustPilot. Again, you as a consumer deserve better and there are better options out there for you!

We have tried to identify this customer, but cannot find any record of a transaction with him. The only information that have to identify him is the name "Bill" - no last name, order number, or any other identifying information. But we tried our best to identify and to correspond with him, in an effort to address his concerns. We sent a private request through TrustPilot to him requesting additional information to help us identify his order, but he did not respond, so unfortunately, we are unable to correspond with him directly about his concerns. We welcome him to respond to our request for additional information or to reach out to us directly so that we can learn more about his concerns and address them. However, we would like to point out that we have over 8,000 Verified Five-Star reviews with an outstanding 4.7 Star average rating at ShopperApproved, a Google-approved third-party customer service ratings service. The link to those reviews is here: https://www.shopperapproved.com/reviews/bobbleheads.com . We have over 10,000 total verified ratings on Shopper Approved and only 15 unverified ones here. And on Shopper Approved, reviews must be verified and confirmed to be legitimate customers- unlike the anonymous reviews such as the one that Bill left here. And it's absolutely false that businesses can edit or delete reviews on that platform -they absolutely do not allow that. And if they did, they would lose their Google approval status.

This was one of the most painful experiences I think I've ever had the misfortune of paying for! I'm uncertain if their 'artists' can read english, which in itself caused enough agony but for me, the worst was when they started using photos of a person that I didn't even know! They offer no refunds, even if they are at fault - buyer beware! The whole process took 6 months, the company doesn't care, they only are interested in your hard earned cash. Save your sanity and money by going elsewhere.
