Bob's ContainersReviews of bobscontainers.com

Very happy with the product and service I received from the Bob's team. Very responsive throughout the build process and I ended up with a quality container home. The attention to detail is exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get into the short-term rental industry.

Enjoyed working with them from start to finish. Found Bob’s on Facebook and contacted them through the website. Their website was very easy to use and gave me an idea of to expect. Sales rep was very helpful when we met and answered my endless questions. I enjoyed the weekly updates and constant communication throughout the process. My container home is amazing and I’m very pleased with the quality of work.

Bobs Containers is great service, fast construction, and transparent. We requested a quote on the website and Nathan (sales rep) called us the same day we asked for it. He walked us through making the right decision on financing and he even recommended a general contractor in our area for utilities. No other company was as responsive and helpful. We are now waiting for delivery and after seeing the completed photos we could not be more excited!!

I was looking for a tiny home for my mother to live in and ran across the bobscontainers Instagram. They had a variety of options to pick from off their website and were able to help create an awesome design over a video call. I really enjoyed the communication and the weeklyphoto updates of the home being built. It amazes me, how it starts off as a metal box and turns into a living space. Next year im planning to get one for myself with a roof top deck and rent it out when im not using it Hihgly reccomend-

I purchased a backyard office made from a converted shipping container after searching online. The build network did some youtube videos about their quality which caught my attention. The majority of the builders that do shipping containers I found didn't have much info online or they didn't call me back. This company had pricing online with options and even a process. After setting an appointment through their website I had a video conf with a sales rep who took my design and email me a quote. The time to build was faster than I thought so I told them I would call back when I was closer to being ready. 2 months later I called and the price was higher but they worked a deal with me. After I signed and paid a deposit I was given a link to check on the progress. I was given updates twice a week with photos. When I called I usually spoke to someone in support that would just take a message. When builders were halfway done I paid another deposit as a progress payment. Basically, it was similar to new home construction but on a faster timeline. After it was complete I was given a link to book a facetime with my project manager or inspect in person. After I approved the build their logistics driver called me to set up a delivery. After the final payment, it was delivered in 10 days. Everything worked out for me and I am happy with my backyard shipping container office

I purchased a container home from Bob's after discovering photos of their work on Instagram. I called to get more info and had to set an appointment. The phone rep was able to give me basic info and direct me to their website with pricing. I was hoping to speak to a rep right away but they said it is their process and to check the website for ideas of layouts Fast forward I bought a 40ft model called the joshua. During the process I had a dedicated project manager who updated me using their software on the progress. I was able to ask questions and make changes . Delivery took some time as my contractor didn't get a foundation poured on time. Bob's held my container in storage while it was being completed. They mentioned a storage fee but ultimately waived it. Overall I had a good experience with them. Few unknowns like the build speed and delivery time worried me but they made it happen.

PONZI SCHEME!!! They stole my money for a build, so I have been reaching out to current and previous customers and employees and have come to several conclusions. They are using old clients money to pay for new project's builds. They are lying to new customers, clients, and investors. They cannot even afford to process regular payroll. It is expected that the company go under shortly, especially after suspected fraud. Also, they are paying under minimum wage for international outsourced employees. They are living in storage containers with no running water on the site. This company is COMPLETELY unethical. The only way to get your money back is to hire a lawyer, and they have several active lawsuits so good luck. STRONG REC TO NOT USE.

I ordered bathrooms made out of a 20 ft container from Bob's Containers. We started working together in January of 2022. My Container was delivered on July 14th 2022. Overall, I love my bathrooms. I upgraded the tile and went with commercial grade toilets. Everything looks nice and well made. The reasons I took off stars is that communication was a struggle. I did like the coconstruct app they use, but sometimes it was difficult to get a response and I didn't receive many updates that I hadn't asked for at least once. They did not install the towel hangers I paid for and I haven't gotten a refund. That was disappointing. I would have also liked a better layout and floorplan set to me for permitting, but that might have been available through a different invoice. It did take longer then I hoped, although the timing worked out in my favor after all. I do feel David Salinas was the best at Customer service and being helpful. If I was closer in proximity to Bob's I would definitely order from them again, but being over 1,000 miles away makes it hard on both ends to communicate in a way that benefits both parties as needed.
