Hello Bill, Upon reviewing our systems, we’ve confirmed all subscriptions on your account have been cancelled and no further charges will process. We have also issued a refund for a Shakeology Chocolate bag on January 21, 2022, as we have confirmed it was received at our warehouse. Please allow up to five days to receive the funds depending on your financial institution. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this matter has caused.

Hello Gemma, On July 1, 2021, we confirmed that you signed up for a 14-day free trial of Beachbody On Demand. Since the subscription was not cancelled, you were billed on July 16, 2021, after the trial period ended. A second billing was processed on October 16, 2021 as well, as this is a quarterly subscription. On October 21, 2021, you contacted us requesting to cancel the subscription and requested a refund of the most recent charge. We successfully cancelled your subscription and issued a refund of the October billing.
