Products - Far too many with all sorts of gimmicky names. Sales - They are a business, plain and simple. They want to sell you their programmes and in particular their very expensive Shakeology products. Medical evidence - Doctors are NOT paid to endorse their products. They are COMPENSATED for their time. Avoiding a potential lawsuit I guess. Advice - take up their 14 days free trial offer. Cancel on the 13th days. During those days, gain as much knowledge as possible and then make an informed choice. For example; Insanity30 is exactly that - INSANE, but in a way that is physically very demanding. Tough on the joints, and you need to be pretty fit to complete the non-moderator programme. Verdict - very very confusing to those who have never trained before, or have limited knowledge.

This was one of the worst MLM companies I have ever worked for. I started coaching 2016 and never made one cent but spent over $4K in product in services. In order to be an ACTIVE coach you have to buy the Shakeology every month, then you are expected to buy the products like cookbooks, workout programs (before they had on demand) gear, etc. to show that YOU are the brand and you use the products. The coach back office was just recently updated but it took forever and the old one was not user friendly so you couldn't find anything or even good training so you could learn. They are so behind the times when it comes to just about everything. They finally came out with Beachbody on Demand which they were way late to the game on that. Who uses DVD players anymore?? The workouts are OK but they won't get you to where you want to be when it comes to building muscle and losing weight. They offer false hopes for customers and false promises when it comes to weight loss. You can lose 10lbs in a month but it will just come right back after your done with the program because they don't teach people how to sustain their weight loss. It's a perfect scheme for Beachbody because people will continue to buy the products and keep losing the same 10lbs over and over again. The trainers like Autum are average and have strange workout moves that the average person cannot do, that's why people often don't stick with the programs. The coaches aren't given adequate training at all to help you build your business. Carl has a BIG ego and the only thing he can say every day is SELL SELL SELL! Half the coaches they recruit quit because they have NO idea what they are doing or how to help people because of the lack of training. The up line coaches think are all hight and mighty, terrible at communicating and are just as lost and clueless when it comes to building a business. They also don't let you participate any any other MLM, not exceptions which is really selfish of Carl and it's obvious it all about the $$ and they don't care about the coaches and what's best for them. The people at corporate like Holly are so rude, even when you call with a question she is short and unhelpful. This company is going down fast like a sinking ship. Most people are unhappy working at the corporate office because they don't take care of their employees. Check out the reviews on Glassdoor...they speak for themselves.

I started Insanity 60 days programm ,its amazing!I recommend to all who wanna shape their body lose weight,the programm is incredible,i saw results already after first week.Its better than jogging or other...its just better!

BEACHBODY I have just spent 1.5 hours on the phone speaking to my bank after initially calling them up for a quick update of my largely inactive account. Fortunately, due to the lack of recent transactions, they were able to flag up a debit card transaction of £38.87 which was made to Beachbody recently. I don't even use a debit card with this dormant account, so this was a complete surprise to me. On further investigation by the agent, it appears that Beachbody have taken SEVEN payments off my old debit card linked to this account, over the past year and a half... AND, I have absolutely no control over them doing so. If I rewind back, I purchased a Beachbody workout program in January 2016 and chose not to OPT OUT of the automatic 30 day free trial of their streaming video service. I don't like the practice of forcing people to go through the hassle of contacting a company to opt out of an automatic subscription but I DID want to trial the streaming service on this occasion. Unfortunately, within those 30 days, I sustained a foot and ankle injury and could not continue using Beachbody to exercise. The first thing I did was to call up my bank to cancel any further payments. However they informed me that there were no Direct Debits or Standing Orders set up to Beachbody - the standard way businesses/customers set up regular payments. The bank therefore couldn't control any future subscription payments to Beachbody. I then called Beachbody (on their 0121 customer service number) in Feb 2016, still within the free 30 day trial period to cancel. I explained to the Beachbody agent on the phone my reason for wanting to cancel when she asked and she assured me that she had cancelled the subscription and confirmed that nothing more needed to be done. As far as I was concerned, that was the end of my relationship with Beachbody. Although I do recall calling them up again towards the end of last year (2016) to double-check that I was no longer an active customer paying for anything. I had moved house and was calling everyone up to update my contact details. Again, I was assured that my subscription had been cancelled. I am therefore livid at finding out today, that since first calling Beachbody in February 2016 to cancel my subscription (within my 30 day trial period), despite being given confirmation that this had been done, Beachbody have continued to charge my card SEVEN times, without my authorisation. I have never dealt with a company who keeps hold of card details from a one-off purchase and then uses it to continuously charge a customer, without asking for permission each time or even sending any sort of receipt of payment. Subscriptions to services should be done via Direct Debits and Standing Orders which the customer can monitor and control via their bank. Card payments should be conducted as a singular transaction, authorised at the time by the cardholder, who should in turn be provided with a receipt as proof of a transactional purchases. A company should NOT have the right to keep a customer's card details from a one-off purchase to use whenever they want to; especially when they do it without notification, without the customer's approval before each transaction and without even a receipt to document the payment. It is the most underhanded way of taking money from someone. The bank are launching an investigation into all the money that has already been taken. However, unless I cancel my card, they are unable to prevent any further payments from being taken out by the Beachbody, so I have absolutely no control over them continuously using my card in the future. I could of course have been able to control this if it was a Direct Debit or Standing Order. Beachbody don't seem to want to do it the proper way because they don't want the customer to be in control. My takeaway from all this is that Beachbody have a policy of keeping card details when you purchase a one-off product. In doing so, they make it a hassle for you to cancel an automatic subscription, ignore you when you try to and then continue to use your card details as and when they want to take money from you, without any form of request or confirmation. Even when you go to the effort of Beachbody's required process of calling them up to ask to be cancelled, they ignore your request. The system is designed to be weighted against you. I have never been made to feel so helpless, violated and at the mercy of a company who reuse my debit card details to take money, over and over again. I don't expect to have to constantly monitor my account after cancelling an agreement over the phone within the cooling off period. My bank is investigating this and I will be taking this further because as far as I'm concerned, Beachbody - despite its reputation in the fitness industry - are not to be trusted when it comes to their underhanded method of taking payments from people.

Just using my 30 day free trial and there's so many workouts on there!! A little overwhelming at first but so much choice. Easily accessible at home or on the move

I have to say I am in business myself and appreciate great customer service. Beachbody have provided this from day one. I have bought programs and the online streaming service and found the service to be amazing. They made two errors with charges on my account which I approached them about. I have to say the professionalism and speed of response is far beyond any company I have ever dealt with in the past. My advice for what it counts is do not get angry if a mistake is made and talk to one of their fabulous staff and they will do everything in their power to resolve it. Thanks guys at Beachbody you have been incredible.

i love shakeology, i almost live by it, i use it every day! but i ordered off of the beachbody site and they double charged me for one order. When i went to confirm my billing information the site timed out and went back to my login page, i figured i goofed up, re-entered my billing information and got a confirmation. the next thing i know i have only one order of shakeology and two charges on my credit card. I called their customer service to get some help and the lady pretty much called me a liar saying they only have one order so that's it, anything else needs to be taken up with your bank. Not only was she super unhelpful she was downright rude! kept talking over me, saying my name every other word and telling me that i have it wrong. I was so angry i kind of yelled at my bank (who was extremely helpful about everything!) I WILL NOT EVER order through beachbody ever again! so rude and inconsiderate, your customers are not liars!
