I had a DEXA scan scheduled for yesterday and live about an hour away from the location. Less than an hour before my appointment, I received a text from Marcelle notifying me that it was cancelled due to the machine being inoperable. I attempted to contact customer service multiple times and couldn’t reach anyone. Over several days, every call went straight to voicemail, and I never received a single call back. I also emailed and never received a response. I ultimately had to file a credit card dispute to recover my payment — which I won. Between the equipment malfunction, the complete lack of accessible customer service, and the last‑minute cancellation after I had already taken time off and begun driving, I’m left with serious concerns about how this company operates. I wasted time, gas, and effort for nothing.
