Thank you for your feedback. Although we categorically disagree with your comment and your tone, we will be thorough and clear in our response. We always are clear with potential members to manage expectations before enrollment, but cannot guarantee how successful a member will be as it depends on their own willingness to show up and learn and do the work, fully. Boldheart provides each member with the resources and support they need to take personal responsibility for achieving their business goals. We do everything possible to offer loving support. That support is always delivered in the friendly and distinctly feminine voice of our business, seeking to meet each person where they are. Our team always makes continuous attempts to reach out to determine how we can help and expect our members to be open to our efforts and respond. When they do, we offer resources and suggestions, including personal assistance via video conference, as needed and when the help required is within our sphere of expertise. When they do not receive or implement our support and guidance, we cannot guarantee that they will be successful. We are so sorry that this approach did not resonate with you and wish you future success.

We have observed that you have left this review on behalf of someone who was a member of the Boldheart Business Program and that you have not personally participated. Because of this, the claims you make cannot speak accurately to experience within the program. Please understand that our agreements are made between Boldheart and the individual member; the terms of the agreement are confidential. Though we are not able to speak to a specific membership with anyone outside of the agreement, we are happy to share some general information with you. Boldheart provides each member with the resources and support they need to take personal responsibility for achieving their business goals. Whether they choose to fully engage and pursue that (or not) is completely up to the member. During membership, members have exclusive access to our content, strategies, tools and methods, benefiting from a program developed over two decades that has helped thousands of entrepreneurs grow their businesses, even in challenging economic circumstances. The cost of the program is not a donation. Like other educational programs, our tools and methods have value. Unlike a tangible product, once the information in the program has been shared and time invested in teaching a member, it cannot be returned. However, if a member expresses that they are having financial struggles, we seek a balanced and fair solution. Members and their situations are given appropriate and compassionate options as part of the values we expect from those on our team. Boldheart actively strives to find ways to help ease burdens while still honoring the letter of the agreement and the needs of our own business. While there has never been a member of any Boldheart program enrolled by this name and thus their comment and rating are 100% off base, we are happy to offer a general response. As with any educational program, individual results will vary. Success is the personal responsibility of the member, and in our experience, is a direct reflection of the level of commitment to completing and implementing the program. The program has been applied successfully many times over by Boldheart and our members.  In fact, our programs have contributed to the success of thousands of small business owners for more than 20 years. Those who seek membership are given ample opportunity to ask questions of the Sales team before making any commitment to a 12-month or 24-month program. Lastly, we encourage business owners to perform their own due diligence before agreeing to the terms of any contract but expect that once the agreement is made, it will be honored in the same spirit in which we have delivered all promised elements of our program.
