Owner Dale is very hostile. He threatened to deny me access to my storage yesterday. Demanding that I call him after I received a threat to auction my belongings and I've been charged a fee for it. I paid $512 over the weekend to gain access. Threatening customers is bad business. Stay away!

I rented 2 units. One for over a year. My units were auctioned off without informing me. I was treated terrible by the owner. I had thousands of dollars worth of items. I was treated like garbage. They were awful

Unfortunately there are times that regrettably units need to be auctioned when the tenants are multiple months behind on rent, most times, hundreds of dollars delinquent and after multiple attempts to contact them via several phone, text, email, mail, certified mail, and reaching out to all alternate contact, etc…. we are left with No choice but to lien sale auction the units, most times well after the legal limits have been met to ensure ample time for tenants to remedy the situation. We take auctions very seriously and take every effort to contact tenants but sometimes we are left with no other option. It’s our least favorite part of the job.
