I am picky and they worked on every revision I had and never made me feel pressured to accept a version. The final product was fabulous ! I do believe they are using Ai based on how revisions came back but my final result was beautiful and looked just like my horse ! I definitely recommend this company.

The Bondel team was great at communicating with me. When I missed the initial proofs, they followed-up to make sure I was aware they were sent and were quick to send revisions. The portrait of my pet was so great, I immediately ordered two additional as gifts for friends!

Total scam. Claim to never use AI, but a quick check of their photos on their web page are in fact AI. customer service and response is fine until you ask about AI.
