Great user experience both before and after publishing
Everyone has heard about some self-publishing companies hosing their writers but Book Marketeers is definitely NOT one of these. They handled the pre-publishing process with great skill and attention to detail, and I have been equally satisfied by the post-publishing experience as well. I've already received my first royalty payment and am looking forward to placing my next manuscript with them. Thank you Stella and Daniel.

I would not recommend Marketeers…
I would not recommend Marketeers Publishing Group based on my experience.
When I first started this process, I knew very little about publishing. I was excited about getting my book out into the world, and I trusted that I was dealing with people who knew the business and would guide me through it honestly and professionally.
Looking back, I realize how vulnerable that made me. I did not know what questions to ask, what was normal in the publishing industry, or what I should have been watching for. I trusted the process and trusted the people I was paying to help me.
Eventually, I decided to cancel the services. I was told I would receive a refund of approximately $1,300. Since then, getting that money returned has been an exhausting and frustrating experience. I have had to repeatedly follow up about a refund I was already told I would receive.
That has been the hardest part for me. It is not only about the money. It is about realizing that I put my trust in a company during a process that was very important and personal to me, and then feeling like I had to fight just to get a promised refund.
Publishing a book was something I was proud and excited about. Instead, this experience left me stressed, disappointed, and much more cautious about who I trust with my work.
I am sharing this because I wish someone had warned me when I was starting out. If you are a new author, please do your research, read every agreement carefully, ask questions, keep copies of every communication, and make sure you fully understand the refund policy before paying for publishing services.
Based on my experience, I would not use Marketeers Publishing Group again.

I am new to the publishing industry
I am new to the publishing industry. I originally was signing up to Amazon KPD. I ended up with Bookmarketeers somehow. I thought they were part of Amazon publishing. They are very good talkers they could easily be car salesman. Sebastion Jennifer, Ruby, Michael, and I think the Stacy Morgan name who started this isn't real. I was told how great book was when I started in May 2026 Had to pay $5,000.00 to get book published and in stores by July 1st. I did, then I was told Academic Schools were interested in my book, I just needed to send another $5,000.00 and they are going to partner with me and put up there $5,000.00 When they asked for 2nd $5,000.00 I told them I didn't have that kind of money lying around. That's when things started to get cold. Next I have Ruby from marketing on the phone telling me that Sebastion and Jennifer didn't do a good job of explaining things. Now for another $5,000.00 they can market my book and make all kind of money. I said no and then I stopped hearing from them. I wrote Stacy Morgan head of company and told her the problems. Next I get a call from Michael from her office on Monday and told him everything. He said he was having a meeting with them on Wednesday last week and he will call me on Friday last week. Here it is Wednesday of next. I received an update from Michael of he had personal business. He called and reassured me that I would be hearing from him in regards to book sales and royalties this month. I would like to keep working with them and give them a chance to correct problems we have had with confirmations and receipts. I will give an update next month on progress and hope things work out better. Thank you! Gary
Well here it is the end of the month and the stalling game continues. I no longer here from Mike Foster or any of the team. Even Stacey Morgan Head of Book Marketeers doesn't respond. Read the reviews from Chris GM Celeste Theory Gail McDonald Dawn Clark and others and this is what we all have in common. We have been duped. Maybe some people have had success but before you give them any money get confirmations of bookstores get receipts. Go to KPD Amazon first I am on there annd have recieved three royalty checks so far. Book Marketeers has sent no Book store lists given copies of printing 2,000 books or receipts for any transactions.. Go to the BBB first.

I am very pleased with the services…
I am very pleased with the services provided by Mark Miller and the Book Marketeers team. Mark has been professional, responsive, and attentive throughout my book project. His communication and coordination have made the entire process smooth and efficient. I am very satisfied with the service and would confidently recommend Mark and Book Marketeers to other authors.
Perhaps other issues influenced me. No complaints about Mark.

They were helping me all the way
They were helping me all the way. This group were such a great help. Sebastian, Jennifer (my go to lady) and Ava, my blessed editor. Together they managed to make a great book cover, get most of my errors corrected, and be a source of info for me. Really good team

All the kind and attentive folks at…
All the kind and attentive folks at Bookmarketeers were easy to work with, expedient, and listened to my specific request. I have several books that are self-published, but time restraints prevented me from going this alone, for my latest book, so I contacted these folks and quite happy I did.
