Income and age discriminating!
Customer service personnel is very rude and doesn't answer the questions properly. First I was told about some surcharges which the person couldn't explain. Then second person explained the surcharges... The second person brought up the fact that if my income is less than 50K and I'm younger than 30 I cannot use their promotional rates! But she told me I could go to the resort's webpage and reserve my stay there. Thanks for your permission person 2. I asked for a manager because I was questioning how they will be checking my income and other clearances. Well the manager told me same thing that they don't want just anyone using their promotion so I have to qualify first. When I asked again about how they will be checking my income she again said if I dont qualify their deal I can go and get it in another place. This got me really upset and this time I told her she shouldn't be telling me what to do, instead she should be able to just answer my question. The manager hang up the phone.... I think its unacceptable to have this kind of customer service manager and its a big scam not telling people aboht their qualifications on their web page! If I didn't call them I would never know they are such scammers!

Dear Armine, Thank you for sharing your experience. We would have loved to accept your business but unfortunately, could not as you did not meet the eligibility requirement set forth by the resort as the resort is sponsoring these special promotional packages which is why you were NEVER charged. Above all else, providing excellent customer service is our main goal and all of our customer service agents are highly-trained and qualified. As the fastest growing travel company in the world, we sometimes fall short of our goal, however we are constantly looking to improve. All of our special promotional packages are subsidized up to 77% by the participating resorts, and it is the resort (not BookVIP) who sets forth the eligibility requirements for these promotional packages. I apologize if our representatives did not explain that clearer to you. The Terms and Conditions governing every vacation package (including age and income) can be found at the bottom of each hotel offering page on BookVIP’s website. In addition, the Terms and Conditions are reviewed with the customer during every sales call, and must be agreed to in writing by every customer in order to finalize the reservation and have dates sent to the participating resort provider. BookVIP has more video testimonials from happy customers than any other travel website in the world. Please refer to http://bookvipreviews.com/.
