I question that this customer placed an order with me? There is no order number associated with this review and I do not find any order in my data base mailing to a customer with this name. I am the owner and I pride myself on providing excellent customer service. I personally reply to all emails promptly Mon thru Friday. Please advsie what your specfic issue is???

I needed to pay additional shipping cost the post office to get my dog tags because the shipper used the wrong envelope.

What occured here is that your Post Office incorrectly deemed the mail piece to require the parcel rate, it did not. The mail piece we sent to you met all the standards in the Domestic Mail Manual as a "large envelope" and as such we metered proper postage on it to have the mail piece delivered to you, requiring you to pay extra was literally a violation of Federal Law. I will email you documentation proviing this was the case. I know more about postal rate requirements than many postal workers since I have been mailing pet id tags since 1975.

I put too much on a small tag. Very hard to read. I will buy a different tag somewhere and try again.

I have ordered pet ID tags from Boomerang for years, and this is the first time I have been disappointed. The tags usually come bright and shiny, very nice quality stainless steel. These tags came dull and pitted, they already look like they had been on my dogs collars for years! This will have been my last order from Boomerang.

Hi Michelle: I do find several prior orders from you. The thing is, nothing has changed here. We use the same blanks to make our current tags we have always used. Could you send me a picture of the tags in question, and mail them back to me, and after observing the issue I will refill your order free of charge. [email protected]

Dear Nancy: I looked up your order and all three area codes were submitted to us, via your online order, as 727. We do not do any data entry here to fill your order, we download the text the you key in on our website and use it to create both your tag text and your mailing label. In general I "bend over backwards" to correct any error on any tag the customer receives, this review is the first I knew that you even had an issue with the tag you received. After reading your 2 Star review I looked up your order and sent you an email. Please get back to me after reading it. Sincerely, Don

Quality of product was great. Did not fit my extra thick leather collar. Needs to be more upfront questions to prevent this. I emailed several times on how to exchange the tag with no response. Finally returned the tag and asked for a refund. Was then told I could have kept the tag, which if I had known that I would have purchased a different collar to fit the tag. Poor customer service

I did not receive any emails from you on this. I've searched my inbox using your order number, zip code, first name, last name and pet name, none of the searches resulted in a match. I cannot respond to issues I am not aware of. I did get the tag you returned and replied (see paste of reply below) and I also refunded your purchase price: Best I could do / what more could I have done? "Got the tag back and will issue a credit right after I click send on this email. We tried to make the opening in the tag generous but of course a collar manf. can make their collars any thickness they want and as it is I get complaints the openings in the double-thick are too generous and the tag slides around too much. As an aside, you did not need to return the tag to me, all I need is an email asking for a credit."
