It’s okay - it’s novelty in nature. One of the plastic tops broke - so we had to throw it away - kind of a waste since it was barely used. I inhaled many times with deep breathes - it’s effect(s) are extremely mild .... if barely perceivable. I suppose if your hung over or strung out it might be more noticeable or helpful.
