I emailed more than once and they stated that their pairs of boots are authentic and genuine. Not only were they fake, they also came in the wrong box and came with the wrong bag. Shipping took 3 weeks. This company is nothing but a scam. They don’t let you cancel orders or give refunds because they know that they sell fake boots.

I`m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Boots Dubai shop. They sent me the wrong items, which was frustrating and inconvenient.
