It seems to me if Boscovs is willing to ship items free to a customer, they should be willing to accept the return of the item without the customer having to pay the return shipping. I spent $59.00. I will be refunded the $59.00, but it cost me $17.00 to return it. Most likely I will never shop Boscovs again.

Wanted to order online and use my Boscovs credit card. I was told my card was frozen because I had not used it in 60 days. I had used it in August. I had to use my Visa card instead. When I called the credit card customer service they had no idea why I was told my card was frozen..it was perfectly fine to use. What? The item I ordered was a comforter and it was so flimsy and not worth the price. I'm done with Boscovs. The quality of the merchandise is subpar now and ordering online is total aggravation. I used to enjoy going to the Woodbridge location and spending a day shopping there but that's not happening anymore. Goodbye Boscovs!

This company makes plenty of money. I don't understand why they dont change the carpets in the store. The carpets are filthy and looks like they have been in the store since the building was built. Some people have allergies. Please give a better customer experience and consider taking up those carpets if you are not going to take care of them.

I found Boscov’s on line recently and ordered 4 or 5 times. My last order the 2 items were too large so I asked for a return label. Customer service kept sending me preprinted emails. In other words they didn’t bother to read my return label request. After 3-4 stupid preprinted emails I gave up and returned them without their label. It cost me $16.65!!!!!!! Outrageous!! My ordering from Boscov just ended!! Bye

I shopped in the store on Thursday, 2/27/2025 about 6 p.m. I put a coat & a jacket on hold. On 2/28, I called & asked who can I talk to about a hold. The man answering in customer service said I called at a bad time; I asked which départment do I need for a hold. Hé said I'm just answering the phone & standing here.The actual representive was in thé bathroom. So I asked for women's. Hé said hé didn't know. Filling in, hé said. I called women's directly. Rep said she would have to leave women's & go to coats; said hold & she continued to wait on customers. After a few minutes, I hung up. Today, March 1, at 8:49 p.m. I called customer service & said I need to talk to someone about thé hold. The rep. said, "Mam, we're closing: call tomorrow." I said I simply want to know who takes care of holds. Hé said "Goodnight, Mam." and hung up. I almost always get curt answers from customer service; isn't that where a customer goes with a question? I'm 82 & shopping in store is difficult; I dont need to to shuttled here & there without at least trying to get thé right départment. It's a shame Boscov's is too busy to help when its needed!! If I were asked to review the store; I would not bé able to recommend Boscov's to a friend. Bad attitude shown by many of your employées in Erie, especially in customer service.

My recent visit to Boscov's, Dover, DE could have been a better experience. The store is becoming increasingly like an off-price retail store. Why must customers go upstairs for items that are on sale? These items should stay in their original sale areas. Then, to add to my unnecessary trip upstairs, signs are posted to check out with customer service. I must wait for the staff to finish ringing up purchases if I have a customer service issue. Customer service should be customer service and nothing more or less. We strongly desire to maintain the traditional department store experience with available customer service personnel whenever needed. If I wanted the off-price store experience, I would visit an off-price store. Give us back our customer service personnel and place all sale items in their respective areas.

I love Boscov! You get good quality clothes for less the Walmart..My problem is corporate as to be seeing the complaints from ppl that shop their regular to barely ever now.. Employees and its the majority of the women are very rude for no reason especially if an elderly has trouble hearing her..I witness this several times or it a joke to find a station opened finally i when I do find someone to ring me out its 2 girls working the same register just one ringing and 1 bagging..Dont need a bagger heed more then 1 station open Please fix it for your loyal customers so we can return and enjoy are all again...Nothing worse then a cashier thats frustrated by just saying hello..If u don't wanna listen to customers and think were just bring a Karen.Go in any buy something in any dept..lol
