Got my estimate in a timely manner, it was very detailed and specific. It was also very easy to share with my real estate agent making my buying process so much more efficient.

The inspector Sarah was awesome. She was very detailed oriented and proactive with her explanation to my questions. She was definitely non-biased but very honest without making any assumptions or giving opinions. I received the report on Thursday night and the same night I received an offer to get an idea of how much will it cost to fix all the punch list. The suggested punch list cost came to me on Friday afternoon. That was great as later that afternoon I was able to call the realtor and give him my perspective on the whole report and my new approach towards my buying offer.
