Very detailed. Gave me an itemized list by importance to repair. Very easy to read. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the speed I received the estimates from PunchList. The explanations were clear and the reports very useful!

The entire process was seamless and very professional. Inspection was booked online, options were clear and detailed. Once the inspection was done reports were sent in a very timely manner. Follow up emails to provide more information were done really quickly. Requesting the estimates based on the report was very easy and clear. Estimates provided were detailed and gave us a very good idea what to expect along with the knowledge of what costs we would be facing. Report was clearly marked about any item they were unable to provide an estimate for. Would definitely recommend and use again!

We were very pleased with our interaction with the company.

Very quick and efficient. Allowing the end user to customize the estimate is also a plus.

It was wonderful to get all of the minor repairs needed for our new home from one source, before we moved in. The crew was prompt, efficient, friendly and outgoing, and very open to questions. The price was very reasonable and to have to deal with only one provider was convenience itself!

All I had to do with my home inspection report was press a button for my free estimate of repairs needed from the inspection report. I don’t think it could be any easier than that!

Easy to read. Loved the itemized breakdown of work. Fast response time to request.
