This is disreputable hotel and I strongly advise to exert caution before booking with them, as they do not have your back. I needed one night in LAX so I booked there; but my credit card was lost or stolen during my trip, so I had no CC to check-in. In my Expedia booking, it was not written that I needed a CC as a pre-conditon for any check-in so, as soon as I was informed about this by email, I let them know. They told me to go through Expedia, which I did, and they immediately refused to process it and refund me! Stranded in LAX, I had to rebook another flight (which fortunately had saved means of payment) to my home at the last minute. Not only did they not help their customers, but they are at that point of trying to squeeze out any dollar they can; and this is supposed to be a good hotel?? I travel often and used other good hotels before, and this is the first time I see such business practices. This brand is absolutely terrible and should never be used.

Manager is a pimp at the hotel 200 Airgate . the manager came in my room when I was naked. My lawyers are taking the case over

Service was okay - staff were polite, but nothing particularly memorable. Some areas of the hotel could use renovation and better maintenance. Not a bad stay, but for the price, I expected a bit more.

Stay was okay, wish there was less noise

Questionable business practices and lack of ethics I had a hotel reservation for December 31st made through Booking.com and arrived at the property at 11:00 a.m. with my child. I was refused check-in unless I agreed to pay €650 for a mandatory Gala Dinner, which I did not wish to attend. The room was fully paid. This requirement was not clearly disclosed before completing the booking and was imposed only upon arrival, with no flexibility shown. Being placed in this situation while traveling with a child and being asked to pay for a service we would not use raises serious concerns about the hotel’s business ethics and respect for guests. We had no choice but to leave and urgently find alternative accommodation. I strongly advise future guests to exercise caution and carefully review all conditions before booking.

I have been staying at Hyatt hotels for many years. While any property or visit can have an issue, overall, I have been very happy.

Ich war am 9.6.26, mit meiner Familie.im Hyatt in Düsseldorf. Wir wollten auf der Terrasse etwas trinken. Wir wurden von der Servicekraft ignoriert. Nach 20 Minuten und nach mehreren Aufforderungen wurde dann endlich mal die Bestellung angenommen. Nachdem wir nach 45 Minuten immer noch keine Getränke hatten und haben das Hyatt verlassen. Ich finde es sehr schade, dass solch Servicekräfte eingestellt werden. Ute Richter Personalberatung Dormagen

HYATT PLACE F. LAUDERDALE. THEY DO NOT GIVE THE DEPOSIT BACK I am writing here as there is NO custumer service in the hotel web page. I got overcharged after I checked out. Plus my stay was just awful. My room got cleaned once in 5 days, I had lost a personal belonging behind a forniture which was NOT mounted properly and it's still there as nobody gave a damn about helping me in trying retrieving it. I asked multiple times to have the temperature not so cold and no one cared. I had been given wrong informations about shuttle departing and even breakfast timing. Seriously how cannot a receptionist know about the timing of the breakfast of the hotel they are working in??? Worst thing NOBODY CARES ABOUT CUSTUMERS SERVICE. Even the FO manager was rude to me and once I told her my concerns and my bad stay she answered me: What do you want me to do about it? Terrible attitude, terrible place. RUDE STAFF. CHEAP HOTEL WITH EXPENSIVE RATE!!!! I am gonna share this on trustpilot.
