Can someone please help how can I cancel my subscription? They keep charging me every monthly! Please help me out! Thanks so much 🙏

Only way this company could improve is to close down. Create a subscription when you create your first order. When I requested cancellation, this was confirmed by email then I received further orders. When queried again, response was that it was a subscription and they sent a cancellation link. Have since been charged for another order. Now added to blocked list on card, and first Chargeback claim was successful. Lesson learned - do not order from this company.

Horrible company that takes your credit card information then continually charges you claiming you signed up for a subscription. No matter how many times you cancel / unsubscribe, they just keep charging you. They have zero customer service support. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Fraud!!! They have debited my account 8 times. Fraudulent company. Please shut them down!

Can I give zero or negative stars. I used one time and was left with a horrible burn! I contacted the company and got an initial refund but then they started billing my card twice a month for more than the initial charge. I contacted them over 20 times and just got the runaround. I finally called my bank, reported the fraud and put a note on file to not let them charge anything further on my account! Ridiculous!! Run!!!

Beware of this company. They will keep charging you even after you cancelled your subscription!

This is a fraudulent company It creates a platform on the likes of Facebook to entice customers to purchase their products but their sole purpose is to get your card details so that they can repeatedly charge your account and they do not respond to messages. I have had no alternative than to refer to my bank. They need to be investigated and stopped. They are stealing in plain sight with no consequence. Avoid
