Boundless Book Publishers cannot be trusted
Previously, I reported here on the fraudulent treatment I received from Boundless Book Publishers. The work on my book was slow and of poor quality. Instead of improving quality, they tried to upsell me on additional, expensive services. My repeated complaints to the company have gone unanswered, including my request for a refund. Furthermore, they asked me on three occasions to withdraw my reviews on Trustpilot. Of course, I refused to do so. However, if I do get a satisfactory solution, I would report it on Trustpilot.
