We have recently returned from Italy. Boutique Explorer put together 2 weeks of superbly curated travel. The guides, the activities we participated in and the amazing accommodation were everything we hoped for. We gave an outline of what we were thinking of and experienced something even better! Their choice of hotels, guides, the pace of each day resulted in a seamless, hassle free time. We would recommend Boutique Explorer without hesitation.

Our trips crafted by Boutique Explorer have all been fantastic. They find truly unique experiences that match our interests. We had an incredible class with a bonsai master in Japan, personal tours of the caves in Dordogne, and a birding walk through the rice fields in Bali. Their selection of unique hotels adds a very personal and luxurious touch to each stay.

We've had the pleasure of using Boutique Japan/Explorer to plan two unforgettable trips — Japan in 2023 and Iceland in 2024 — and they have exceeded our expectations both times. Our trip to Japan was nothing short of magical. We're still processing just how wonderful it was. Boutique Japan took care of seemingly every detail, and the experience was truly phenomenal. We were humbled by the kindness and warmth of everyone we met, and we got incredibly lucky with the weather and foliage. For me personally, this trip was the realization of a childhood dream, and I couldn't have asked for a better way to experience it. If we could give it more than 5 stars, we would! Iceland brought a different kind of magic — and perhaps an even more remarkable outcome. My husband had been afraid to fly earlier that year, but the trip won him over so completely that he was ready to start planning our next adventure almost the moment we returned. Boutique Explorer turned a hesitant traveler into a passionate one, which is no small feat. We cannot recommend Boutique Explorer highly enough. Whether you're a seasoned traveler or someone just beginning to explore the world, they bring care, expertise, and thoughtfulness to every detail. We are already looking forward to planning our next trip with them.

Boutique Explorer is the best! We've used them twice and both times had such smooth, easy trips. Multiple locals commented on how well-planned and well-advised our trips were. Boutique Explorer truly goes above and beyond and knows how to get you to authentic experiences without missing the tourist highlights. Can't recommend them enough!

After an amazing trip organized by sister company Boutique Japan in 2019 I asked Boutique Explorer to help with a trip to Egypt & Jordon. After that I have trusted them will all my travel including trips to multiple countries in Africa, South America and South East Asia (latest trip 2026). They tailored our trips so well to our interests, found the most engaging guides, exciting tours and top accommodation. They also reacted so fast when one of the trips was impacted by a typhoon. I rate the firm as the most professional company I have ever been served by.
