Boutique PatinaReviews of boutiquepatina.com

I appreciate how knowledgeable they are and patient with my multiple questions. They took the time to educate me and offer suggestions based on the requirements I was looking for. The product I purchased was exactly as represented. I plan to make many more purchases from Boutique Patina in the future.

Theresa was extremely knowledgeable and generous with her time and expertise. She helped me decide on a perfect bag for my wife by pointing out details of and answering multiple questions about each option I was considering. The item arrived just as described and pictured. Beautiful! My wife loved it. Would unhesitatingly do business again.

Great experience with this company. Theresa has immense experience and knowledge in her field, even producing short videos to help you understand the differences between the leather quality and hardware of the bags you are assessing. She was also incredibly helpful walking us through the payment process.

Boutique Patina have been in the business for quite a long time. It started just as an online business when they helped me sell my preloved vintage square chanel bag until before covid when i bought a brand new black caviar wallet on chain chanel. They are very thorough and explained in details. I am very happy and satisfied with their service and knowledge about the brand and the products. They are very courteous and fast in answering any of my questions. Totally recommend this company to find anything chanel that you need. They also carry other brands but specialize in chanel.

My selection was Crocodile Chanel bag which I believe it’s unique piece and I was worried to be buying online but it turned out to be just perfect and exact the same as the picturesand I am very happy the effort of the seller to make sure everything to my satisfaction.

Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is beyond impressive. What sets them apart from other resellers is their integrity and personal touch. They always go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. It's rare to find such a reliable, courteous, and dedicated reseller these days.
